No one has even addressed the issue that much of the tax revenue rubles the Klyuev gang stole was to maintain orphaned children. Only slimy bottom dwellers steal from children. Furthermore, when the tit for tat expanded to orphaned children Klyuev & his gang members made orphaned children their human shields. Only cowards use children as shields!
