The British press has extensively covered Hermitage’s story. If Mr. Browder chooses trial by jury it’d be impossible to select a jury void all bias against Karpov. In other words, Karpov already lost the case before it even determined if the case has merit & if he filed his suit in the right jurisdiction. Also not working in Karpov’s favor is the regular shooting assassinations on London streets to settle old scores from times in Russia that are a public safety hazard to all Brits. The Russian government has hardly been cooperative about extraditing to the UK Alexander Litvinenko’s murderer, so why should the Brits accommodate Mr. Karpov’s hurt feelings?
