I’m humored! Every day more & more Americans are coming to understand how sleazy practices on Wall St involving ABS & CDOs sabotaged our economy. I’m on Long Island. 68 % of all homes on LI are in foreclosure. I’m left wondering if our economy might even rebound in a decade. The poster child of corruption from the Street for Americans is Goldman. There’s the claim GS repaid the bail-out money. Americans perceive this untrue & are angry as heck bail-out was needed at all! I am humored because the investment bank Americans perceive to be the most corrupt of all investment banks was hired by the G20’s perceived most corrupt nation to restore the nation’s reputation. The cause of collapse of history’s greatest empires was corruption. Russia’s only hope is to fix its internal problems. No investment bank can do that for it.
