Once a street thug, always a street thug. Khordokovsky & Magnitsky are just two modern examples. The wearing of Armani suits serves only as a cloak to deceive the wearer’s true character. It always is unwise to engage street thugs, since the repercussions are likely to result in injury & have high odds of ending with one’s fatality. The best policy toward Putin will always be to shun him. He’s uncivilized & unworthy of civilized nations’ time & effort. In more layman terms, give Putin the “cold shoulder.” Politicians that engage thugs give the appearance of weakness. Kerry needs to get of his knees begging & instead fill his schedule with people worthy of his time & energy
