The abuse of Magnitsky & others locked unto Russian penal colonies stated when FSB used them as test subjects for it’s biochemical & biological weapons. Toward the beginning of Politkovskayaa diarythere is discussion of a weapon developed by the FSB poisons factory that causes pancreatitis. Putin didn’t secure Magnitsky & the other prisoner victims’ release to become lab rats. All justification long ago existed for the world’s democracies to go to war with Russia as Putin wanted with his September 11, 2011 pre-emotive strike.
