The Kremlin’s representatives claim to be offended by Magnitsky bills, yet figuratively-speaking keep pouring gasoline with the pursuit of this trial onto the raging inferno that caused Magnitsky Act bills to erupt. There seems to be a rabies outbreak in the Kremlin & it’s too late to vaccinate the”mad dogs.” The leadership is insane!
