In Russia’s major cities there is extraordinary wealth, but travel 20 minutes outside of Moscow & St. Petersburg & the population still relies on out houses. People without plumbing & electricity don’t have TVs to be brainwashed by Putin. The poor farmers & craftsmen outside of metropolitan areas know Putin & his bandit elitists stole from social welfare programs in that the tax income from the wealth didn’t reach them. Russia’s poor don’t need an education to put 2+2 together & know their oppressed class has arisen from Putin’s corruption. Meanwhile Putin’s oppression of them has deprived them of TV to become brainwashed.
